e4od issues!! Help Please!

So im new here hello everyone, although ive been on many forums before! Anyway I own a 1995 Ford F150 351w e4od 4x4 regular cab long bed I have changed the tps 2x, vss 2x, coolant temp sensor, rear end fluid. Back in july i was driving it down the highway it went into neutral i had nothing not even park. Tow truck came as it was going up park caught. So i proceeded to another forum and they said the MLPS sensor so i changed it. Then i had it wont go past 10-15mph shifts hard only at 3500-4000rpm and you have to feather the throttle it also whines in 2nd gear and if you put 4x4 on you can hear the chain in the transfer case moving. Also if you get into 3rd gear it would like neutral out and catch again etc. Then i did a solenoid pack cheap on off ebay, still same issue. Then i did rear end fluid the rear pumpkin cover had like teeth marks in it???? So i changed transmissions currently has trans code on bell housing 37 (stock was 36) with 62k and higher stall torque converter i used the old manual transfer case and i had to use the old solenoid pack (from stock trans not cheap ebay one) because the plugs were different. New filter and gasket in trans , fresh fluid. Still the same issue. So i change the tps a second time still same issue. Changed vss second time same issue. Since i kept getting code 121 over and over with two tps i went to the PCM bought a reman matched vin miles everything put in same issue!!! However the shifting wasnt as hard it was alittle smoother thats it still the rest of the issues. Now ive checked the PSOM doesnt seem to be broken. My speedo does start bouncing once above 20mph though when it did drive. I get no trans codes. PLEASE HELP its my primary driver and im so lost. smilieFordlogo

Being the speedometer is acting up, I would suggest the VSS in the rear
(Variable speed sensor)

If the transfer case was bad, you'll have all of those symptoms, start there first.
 
How would i check or double check to see if the transfer case is bad or not? I mean i put it 4h without a front drive shaft (front drive shaft missing ujoints) and the entire truck was torquing forward when you put it in drive with brake pressed. When you Put it in netrual truck like torqued down like nothing was there, and in reverse it torqued backward if this helps. Thanks again for the help i really appreciate it.
 
Like you put it in gear and it would torque the body forward and if i drove it id have to literally put my foot to the floor with good brakes to stop it any less it would start moving this is both for forward and reverse.smilieFordlogo
 
I had the same problem awhile back with hard shifting and my speedometer acting up and all the problem ended up being was a 15 amp fuse in my kick panel and it fixed my problem.
