E brake cable question

I just got my master cylinder in for the brakes and got it installed and bled everything is working great but.... i got the two rear e brake cables new today but i am missing the plate that connects the center linkage to the two separate rear ones cant you still buy these or do i gotta fab one????

yea that is the one. i am assuming that you can still buy these though napa or another auto parts place??? ps thanks for the great exploded view
