Pardon my ignorance, but where's the "thrust bearing"?

No sir. I did replace the harmonic balancer though.

threres so many possibilitys for vibrations... lots of bearings in the engine that can cause stuff like this.. rear main bearing.. thrust bearing... etc etc... but... its 1:46 am here on the east coast.. im off to bed lol

Yeah well... The ZF swap will rule out the transmission completely
