Im changing the radiator core support on my 1994 ford f150 and would like to know if I have to remove the fenders to do this job

Ideally you'll want to leave them on to help keep it all aligned.

No, you don't have the take the fenders loose at all, the rad support will come straight out no issue. The corner brackets holding the rad support to the fenders will have to be totally taken loose from both the fenders and the rad support to better facilitate removal without needing to disturb the fenders.
