Could you use this Holley mod on a none blown engine?

I know this is for blown engines but what if any benefits could be gotten doing this on our engines?

That mod should only affect forced induction engines. It allows the power valve to read manifold vacuum instead of the pressure from the blower. ON a naturally aspirated engine, just having the proper power valve is about all you can do in that area.
