well i was on the way home tonight from work. got about 5 minutes down the road and BAM, CLANK, CLANK CLANK CLANK, SCRATCH, BANG BANG, CRASH SCREETCH!!!.....all the way home.....i did stop at a gas station and checkled everything real quick and couldnt find anything visible. continued home with all the noise going on.... now when i was in the neighborhood i decided to try a few things. i braked with the e-brake...no noise change. i braked normal, no real noise change, it got a bit quiter. when on the throttle, the noise did go a away a bit. when just coasting with the foot of the throttle the noise was very loud. now here is the weird part.....i turn right the noise goes mostly away...i turn left the noise is WICKED LOUD!. going straight its loud....ugh :headbang: :(

If it's coming from the rear end and it's changing when you turn then you can almost guarantee it's in the rear diff, probably in the spider gears. Sucks buddy :( Guess I got those gears in the mail JUST IN TIME!

Im confused, how do you drive on a broken leaf?

its one of the middle leafs not the main one. so it still has support but not a lot.

haha that too!

Oh ok, that makes a lot more sense. I was picturing your leaf pack literally snapped in 2

Eh...that's minor.

Just shove a 2x4 between the axle and frame to hold it up. :D
