Hey Guys,

I have a suggestion...

If you plan on building a stroker motor be sure and use the ribbed C-6 case. Look what happened to my smooth case with my 557.

OUCH!!!! You dont have any mount problems do you?

did the bolts loosen up to allow movement/shifting between trans and motor? i broke the drivers side mount in my 501 and fixed that real quik i used 2 turn buckles and chains mounted to the frame on mine no more problems so far thats some serious tork for sure

I think what happened was the case flexed causing the bolts to loosen, and I didn't know they were loose. I was still able to drive home from the track, unlike when I sent the pinion through the rear housing.
