Brake fluid flush?

The fluid in my 79 is getting kinda ugly, I was wondering if any one here has ever done one of the fluid flush's like the BG flush?
Is it a good thing to do or just flush it out with clean fluid?

I've always flushed brake fluid out with clean fluid and a vacuum bleeder.

I've done the BG flushes, and for me, the jury is still out. Some of the flushes (in my opinion) are snake oil (p/s flush, inductive service, and coolant). Some are ok, to a point (trans, brake fluid). I get concerned about the pressure involved to do the brake flushes. If you dont mind the time necessary to manually flush and bleed, thats the way to go.
