bizarre work orders

Past couple of days, I've been getting work orders with bizarre complaints. Today I have one "Customer says vehicle loses speed when coasting down hill". UH, what am I supposed to do?

Add a K&N sticker...the extra ponies from that little bugger will prevent the speed loss.

Just a guess but, this one is probably used to driving an older manual vehicle.

Just finished the 08 chevy hhr "At first start, radio doesnt work and the turn signals dont click (they do flash). After a couple of minutes, they come on and start clicking". Found that the radio sets the "volume" of the audio part of the door chime and other accessories. There was 4 codes in the body control module for the radio.
