How do I get this glass out. The only vid I could find on you tube had a rubber gaskets.

See those tiny little rusty nuts around the perimeter? Loosen and remove all of those. Once they're all gone, gently push around the window. What's left of your window should pop out.

When you install the new window, pick up some 3M Window Weld butyl tape from Advance Auto. It's about $27 for the roll, but it's about the only stuff that works.

Nope, the 1973-1996 trucks use a "floating" type window, which "floats" inside of the seal.
