Just checked Thunder's gate externally and didn't find anything. Although, the left hand latch did have a Ford stamp and PN...but seeing as that's removable, I don't see that pertaining to the gate itself.
Thanks dude. It's starting to sound like these gates are not stamped on the outside.

That's the old bent up bumper. The lights are already mounted in the brand new oem bumper that's sitting in my bedroom in Davis  i need an impact gun to get the bumper bolts loose so the new bumper gets put on in a couple weeks when i go to my moms place.

I'm starting to see why 12 bolts on the panel are too much trouble for you to take off...

Seriously- an impact gun?

I don't think the bolts have ever been taken loose. I don't have a socket big enough in my truck so I was trying to break it loose with a box wrench and it was not happening. Even rapped on the handle with a hammer-- didn't budge. There's a nice coat of surface rust on the nut + stud so I think it's seized up pretty good. I'm not in a huge hurry to get it done and impact would make it a lot easier so why rush?

I'm just razzing you.

That said, factoring in the rust, I'm pretty sure stuff is at least as stuck on my '97 than it is on your '95...and I've never used an impact on that truck.

(I HAVE hooked a 1" box wrench on a 7/8" box wrench and used all my strength to barely loosen bolts, though...and the toolbox I carry in that truck if I take it farther than I'm willing to walk home from contains a 1/2" drive breaker bar and set of sockets...)

I was gonna say, ur bumper is cryin over there lol. Change that bumper SON.

1) 18mm socket for the flanged nuts.
2) 1/2 drive ratchet with about a 2 foot piece of cheater pipe.
3) Might need a 15mm boxed end if the keepers can't hold the bolts.
4) Most important is loosening that stinkin-glue Ford put on the bolts...

Chlorinated cleaner. CRC motor/electrical (best) or brake cleaner works "ok".
PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, diesel fuel, WD-40 etc don't do nuthin to that stuff!

Get the nut to move, then work it back and forth and let the chlorinated
solvents work on the glue. After that, they should come off easy enough
and the keepers will hold the bolts for you.

ps- Had the keepers not work because I was stuck in a situation where
all I had was oily stuff like WD-40. 15mm socket or boxed end wrench
wouldn't hold the modified-bolt-heads, had to drive a 9/16" socket onto
each bolt head in turn. It wasn't pretty. ;) Do yourself a favor, get the
chlorinated cleaner, let -it- make the job easy. ;)

Looks good Chris. I'm glad she's coming back together. I know you have to be happy. It's just not right seeing a fine specimen such as Bertha all broken up.
