I know that you have to cut out your radiator support to fit the deeper 05-07 lights.

Other than that I don't know what else is required. Someone one here will know if there are other procedures/hardware involved.

Okay first Do Not cut your "Radiator Support", it is metal and should not be cut.

Disclaimer - I have not done this mod myself, just know people who have. Have all parts in hand, do your measuring before you start cutting and remove a little at a time. You can always make the hole bigger but it is difficult to make it smaller.

1) You need to cut the plastic "grill support/header panel so that the new lights will fit in the header panel. It is my understanding that the two upper headlight screw mounting holes are used along with the two lower turn indicator screw holes to mount the new light assembly. A Saw-Zall or Dremel will work fine to cut the header panel.

2) You will also need to change the headlight connector plugs, the 99-04 trucks used 9007 connectors & bulbs, and the 05-07 trucks use H13 connectors with 9008 bulbs. You can buy just the connectors for about $10 each and solder them on, or you can buy pigtail jumpers for about $39. If you want to go hog wild you can buy the pigtail jumper kit that also has relays so that the lights get there power directly from the battery to reduce voltage drop. These kits are about $70.

IIRC correctly the connectors are wired as follows (this is looking directly at the connector from the front) Left = High Beam; Center = Ground; Right = Low Beam.
Note: please verify your wiring before buttoning everything backup.

If you do a google search i am sure you will find pictures of cut header panels.
