Hi. I am trying to get my stock ac working on my 77 F250 crewcab.
Most things look ok but I have one connector coming from the dryer/receiver
that is not connected, the other wire that comes from the dryer/receiver goes to the expansion valve.It is an updated system(r134a) with a motercraft compressor on a 460 engine. My shop manual has no wiring diagram.

Thank for your quick reply. I have difficulties understanding the wiring diagram. Could you tel me where the 2 wires that come from the dryer/receiver go to?

Maybe you could mention the wire colours ?

If the systems been updated that is probably a high/low presssure switch to cut off the system if there is a pressure problem. Not sure exactly how it should tie into the clutch wire, but you could probably contact Jon at Nostalgicairparts.com.

The wire that is not hooked up is green with purple dashes.
That the wires come from the pressure switch is most likely.
I'll contact Jon as well.
