It used to happen all the time on my 03 and 05 psd, drove me nuts, (the first time it happened was a capitalized WTF!!) most times you could come to a complete stop and back up slowly and it would remove itself, other times you would need a screwdriver, never had this issue on the 08 so Ford must have redesign something.
