99F350 5.4L Engine Swap

My original 5.4L engine is toast in my 99 f350. Looking to put in it's place a long block from an 03 e250 van and switch over oil pan, valve covers and manifolds. Can anyone confirm if this swap is able to be done? Bolt holes all line up for accessories etc.

It should be the same, just make sure you use a ERG motor if you have, or a non egr engine.

So I replaced that smoked f350 engine with a 99 f150 5.4 triton. f150 motor is a pi motor (square intake port) and f350 (round intake ports) isn't. no problem i just changed over accessories from my original intake to the new square port intake and whatever that canister is that bolts to under the intake is needed to be swapped. my original one had a sensor built into it and the f150 didn't have that sensor. the motor then went right in and runs smoothly!
