Mom asked me to take a look and fix her 99 Crown Vic. It has a 4.6. It's been shuting off when she comes to a stop while the heater or ac is on. Turn heat and ac off and it runs fine. First thing I thought of was the idle air control valve, but briefly looking through my Haynes manual this morning didn't find anything about an IACV. Any incite or advice would be appreciated.
