94 CVPI Bouncing Speedo

So the speedo on my CVPI like to bounce anywhere from 10-40 faster than what I'm going.. I.E. If I'm doing 60 it sweeps to 90 or so and back repeatedly.. Any idea what causes this and what can i do to fix it?

Would the vss cause this or is the cluster going out???

Isn't the vss magnetic triggered?

Yeah, I have no idea but I think so.. Like a cam/ crank sensor??
