91 f250 startup issues

My 91 ford doesn't seem to start on first turnover, it takes 2 try's at the most but it's only like this when it's really hot outside or well thats when it's worst

We need some more info here killer. Turn the key on then off, on then off, yada yada. Have you checked anything?
