87 F250 351 Windsor Paint Job

I'm turning 16 just got my first truck an 87 f250 with a 351 windsor its in the body shop and paint shop right now what color should i paint it im thinking a charcoal gray with black rims

I always liked a nice metallic silver on that generation of truck.

Good color choice there. How many miles on your truck? I like that 351W; had it in a '72 Galaxie 500...ran great for almost 150,000 miles-then I sold the car. Good luck with your beast.

A nice grey would look good, black would too. I always loved the way fords look in a charcol grey color

Thanks everyone and to David1357 it has 142,000 miles i got it painted charcoal gray it has a 4 in lift with 33 in tires thinking about buying some new 35 in tires i just put bushwacker fender flares on it.

It's all up to you. Greys of any sort are nice. My Ford is white, which is always in style. Or always out of style, depending on how you look at it. Red is a no no. Statistically red vehicles do get pulled over more. Sad but true. Blue is my personal favorite.
