6.0 Warranty Question

Does the Visconic Fan Clutch assembly on the 6.0 fall under the 5/100k diesel engine warranty or the 3/36 bumper to bumper or both?

I believe its 3-36. Its not a part of the working parts of the engine.

Thanks Vince, i wasn't sure since it was controlled by the PCM and all, but that makes since, similar to an Alternator or AC compressor.

Yep they are spendy, i guy with an 05 that is past the 36K miles had one go out on his PSD, $316 retail, but Direct Ford Parts has them for $186.
But the fan clutch for the 6.8L V-10 is $120 & 5.4L is $98.
