The turbo is probably sticking, they can be opened up and cleaned, or if need the center housing replaced.

its not your egr, i know that for a fact. you got a carboned up wastegate and stupid vvt turbo vanes are carboned up. it happens on some 6.0's with no miles and some it wont happen at all. ur egr being clogged and staying up may have helped lead to this problem. best bet it dont even touch it, go to the dealer, dont let them feed u any b.s. bc the turbo is still under warranty on that and have them replace it. then after they do that, to stay on the safe side, go buy a egr block off kit for about 100 bucks and safe ur turbo and everything else from getting carboned up. also about once a month go get a bottle the cetane booster and cleaner and run that throught. 6.0s are very picky

Uhmmm - not a wastegate issue (6.0L doesn't have one).

Cleaning your turbo is not that hard to do - getting it off is sometimes a little difficult - but doable.
