I have an 04 F350 Harley Davidson ed with the 6.0L and the four wheel drive wont stay engaged. It will kick in for a couple of seconds and kicks out. its never done this before any help?

Sounds like either a vacuum problem, or a bad lockout.

I don't know if this will work or not, but have you tried manually locking out the hubs?
