4r70w tolerances

got a 4r70w doing a rebuild and having trouble with my end play tolerances im at .090 and i think i should be no more than .044 i already have the blue shim installed any ideas would be great

You been measuring everything in your rebuild (clutch stack up and clearance, tailshaft, etc)? If you're talking about front pump thrust washers (42.59-41.73 mm) is the spec.
