Same for me - I've got the 3.07s and 31" tires. 14mpg out of a 390FE...

that was my 1990 351w F250 with

3" single exhaust no cat
timing bump 14* BTDC
a good tune up...ford racing wires.. msd blaster coil.. motorcraft copper plugs.

and thats basically it... the new ECU is just stock becuase the other one was bad and made the truck have issues.

(average is 16 but the truck can do 18!)
