yes, they are a million times brighter! make silver stars look like candles.. but the down side is there is a poor cut off in a non hid headlight... so theres plenty of light molesting peoples eyes.. really seems the only people that really dislike them is people in lowered cars w/o window tint..

Well, we have a 93 lumina, with no tint, and them dang things are BRIGHT! reflecting from the mirrors and even worse when passing sombody!

Would love to have some though, probably makes it look like day light almost.
