2007 f250 5.4 V8 won't run

Hi everyone, first post. I have a 2007 f250 regular cab 8-ft bed 5.4 V8 4x4. I bought it as non-running but it only has 46,000 mi on it. For the life of me, I cannot get this thing to run. My local shop that I took it to after I was frustrated Can't find the reason it's not running either. So here are the details. You can occasionally get it to run for a second or two but it's super rough and then it dies and then when you try to restart it again it won't run at all. The shop said it throws different trouble codes from time to time such as you clear the trouble codes and then a completely new set will pop up. I have replaced the fuel tank and fuel pump driver module and have good pressure all the way so it's getting fuel check for spark. It's getting spark and I am at my woods end. Any help or ideas to go with? Otherwise I'm either going to sell it or part it out

I also forgot to add I replaced all the plugs and wires and put all new coil packs on and it won't run on ether.
