I have an electrical problem. When I turn on my headlights all the brake lights come on. Also my left turn signal will not flash. Everything works fine when the headlights are off.

Check resistors on the headlights? Do you have DLRs? (daytime running lights)

Check all bulbs and sockets (lr would be a good place to start). If there is a short between the lights and brakelight circuit, that will happen.
