Those look like " camo " floor mats there , you can see the original floor mats under the rubber ones.

I know of several under 20000 mile truck problem here is they sit they rust .

351 gas- no ways did that thing cost $34,000 new. I remember looking at- and passing on- a new Powerstroke Supercab back then ('97) for the low $20's.
