I replaced the dual mass in my 350 with a LUK kit. After 16,000 miles the throwout bearing was squealing louder than the engine. After replacing EVERYTHING but the flywheel I found out there was nothing wrong with the bearing. There were several fingers on the pressure plate sitting higher than others. I went to NAPA and bought a replacement kit (turns out it is made by LUK too) installed it and after 350 miles I am starting to hear that noise again. The sound goes away (just like it did with the previously replaced kit) as soon as you depress the clutch pedal about an inch. The new noise is getting louder already.
Any ideas?
