1993 supercab rear glass questions

Hey all, I have a '93 supercab Ranger that I may decide to fix up, and one area I've been wondering about is the rear glass.

After reading this thread http://www.fordtruckfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18021 I know that there 2 different sizes of rear glass used. I have the 1 piece slider. It's broken and needs replaced though, and I'd rather have a solid glass.

I would need the solid glass from a supercab?

How do I get the old window out?

How do I get the new one in?

Will I need a new gasket?

'Bout all I can do is bump it for ya- never had much dealings with rear windows.

Me either, but I think I may just scrap the truck instead of fixing all the stuff wrong with it.
