1990 ford f250 front clip ? Help plz

Hey everybody. New here. Got a quick ? I recently purchased a 90 model 250 7.3 idi. I got to really looking at it today and i noticed that the front clip is lopsided. It sets about 1 inch or maybe 1.5 inches higher off the front bumper on the driver side than the passenger side. I know its old. It has a quite a few miles on it but i was just wondering what could be causing this. The bumber is tight and so is the fenders.

A lot of times you'll get rusted header panels behind the grill. The radiator support and the header panel rot out on the pieces that mount on top of the frame. This might also have been compounded by a low speed collision in the past you might not know about.

Also, it is possible the clip actually is straight, but the bumper has slipped down. It isn't too hard to make the bumper take a dip, the 92 and newer are even worse about it.
