A few weeks ago my ranger crapped out(stopped getting spark).
Its a 2.8 carbed with 4x4.
I replaced everything i could think of, rebuilt distriutor, new module and coil.
I even tryed tossin in a new ECA thinking a leaky sunroof killed mine.
Checked grounds..
The truck WILL start for about 10-15 mins a day then just shut down as if you turned the key off. Im not sure if its heat or water causing it to fail, or maybe bad wiring? Im about ready to get rid of the TFI and switch over the older duraspark.
Can anyone shed some light on my problem? What would you do?
