07 F250SD Computer Programming?

Hello Forum,
So I had some problems with dirty fuel pump filters and disconnected the battery for a few hours. Reconnected the battery and the check engine light hasn't come on in a few hundred miles and 3 weeks. Do I need to program the computer or does it reset itself?....also what would be a good setting for this being the last year of the Gen 1?

Did you fix the issue?

It's much easier to clear the codes with a code reader.. Doesn't reset the trucks driving habits etc.. Any parts store can do it for free and your local valvoline instant oil change will do it for free also..
