07 F250 5.4 engine no power

Brought the truck to the Stealership and just as I predicted they found nothing wrong....$150.00 out the window.

So I step on the gas and the more the pedal goes down the more it bogs down and wants to stall.
So far I have: Changed the fuel filter
Cleaned the MAS
Changed the air filter
checked for vacuum leaks
Ran a few tanks of fuel injector cleaner ...
Some codes showed up at autozone when the check engine light came on
0171, 0191...lean codes

So what's next to check? o2 sensor? Bad Cat? Fuel rail sensor? fuel pump?
I dont wanna start throwing money at parts... thanks in advance

I think I'd check to see if you have adequate fuel pressure, at least to know if you have a fuel delivery problem.

The Stealership told me that the fuel pressure was good.
Has 108k miles on it. I am original owner.
The cat was very hot but not glowing. Drove about 75 miles on the hiway and it was fine then all of a sudden loss of power. Even pulled over cause it died but then I was able to restart and limp to a gas station then home. This thing is killing my brain and the Stealership is friggin USELESS!

Sorry if you are offended. I will narrow down the stealership comment. Ford in Clifton NJ. $150 to tell me nothing. It all comes down to finding a mechanic that you trust. I DIY as much as possible cause I don't make a lot.

@jebadiah04 That's something I haven't read about yet. Is that something that would throw the 0171&0191 codes as the engine compensates? and what would you do to determine if it was that?
Thank you

Funny stuff with the muffler bearing fool.....thought this was gonna be a helpful forum..instead I'll bet you were the master tech that told me nothing was wrong with my truck and to clean MAS with a small brush.....instead of doing a thoro job I paid ya for. So anyone with a desire to help please do.

If you want help, insulting our friends is not the most effective way to get it.

I thought you didn't trust the tech at the dealership,so why would you believe the fuel pressure is correct when he told it was.
Put a gauge on it and monitor the pressure as you run the engine under load the codes you posted are pointing to a fuel problem.
If I didn't trust a tech I would double check their work.

concentrate on the fuel rail pressure temperature sensor. And the squirrel with the muffler bearings, from another site.

You should be able to borrow a fuel pressure gauge from oreillys or auto zone or some place for free. It'd be worth double checking the pressure for yourself, because your dealer is obviously not trustworthy.

Finally Success......Thank you for everyones help. Problem with my fuel pressure wasn't a bad fuel pump but the "screens/filters" in the tank. They were so filled with debris that I am surprised it even ran. Cleaned them with carb cleaner and they looked 90% better. Put them back and now it runs great. No prob hitting hills or reaching higher rpm's while it shifts thru gears. Great forum...hope this helps someone else along the way. Thanks again to this forum!
