if BroncoII exterior mirrors are the same size as the full size trucks, kinda thinking so, couldn't see Ford having two different sizes. My truck is a 1983 F250 and the BroncoII is a 1986, by the pictures, they look identical. (the chrome ones with the 2 point attachment)

I can't say for sure but I believe the bronco II's are smaller. Both the mirror and the 2 point mount.

that dirty magazine I have that I took out of the garbage only has parts for full size Broncos and trucks.

checked Dorman out Doug and the part number is the same for the Bronco, BroncoII, full size truck, etc. Want to get rid of the old "airport" black ones and I saw an ad for a chrome pair close to me.

Pretty sure the BII are smaller. I bought a set off a full size and they mounts were different. Identical just bigger

I measured mine. , from the arm pivot point to the outside radius 8" on the 78F250 and 6" on the 87 BII.
The width of the mirror is 9" on the f250 and 8 3/8" on the BII
The heights are the same
