Alvin , he city buses have that perforated stuff on the windows. I thought it was just privacy or more square footage for advertisements since they look like billboards.

Does it help with the heat ?

I washed the truck.......... Oh wait wet sanded with 220 grit, I have to say it looks allot better and what is left of the paint is baby but smooth.

Yes i used 220 grit, the paint was destroyed before the wet sand, only did that to clean the mold and rust stains off of what was left of the paint.

Had little metal ones over the door windows for decades.
Would like a big metal one to match 'em. xD

Got pretty dark film -inside- the rear window.

It's inside, right?

What happens is the sun heats it up and that heats up the glass.
It feels as if you ain't got any film here where it's dry. What I'm
thinking is using the white plastic film (that's finely perforated)
...on the -outside- of the glass.

What do you think?

I have no idea where the PO got the visor, but I absolutely love it as it matches all of the chrome surrounding my rig.....not sure how it would look if a rig wasn't chromed out from bumper to bumper though.

I got factory A/C, just ain't got no steenkeen radio... xD

But the A/C don't do no good sitting with the engine off.

Actually that's a trick I've pulled on several guys and gals. xD
They yank their hand off it quick.

It feels like a big radiant heater with the back glass facing the sun. :/
It's gotta work better than that? huh?

Alvin, take a look into ceramic window tint (it's what the shop that I work for sells as our premium film). It blocks out a very healthy amount of UV and heat.
