Mike, when I got the truck, it didn't look like it does now. Yes the paint was orange, but that's about it. 4 bald tires, bent silver front bumper with spare tire in the center (how redneck) piece of red cloth for a head liner, dead stereo with blown speakers in the door, etc. But all it needed was TLC since the foundation was solid, so off I went to add all the XLT options to it.

Meatloaf was ok, but back then, I was into Ted Nugent, lol

plastic liner works Mike, ask me how...

Was there a queen size mattress in the back when you got the truck? I've heard some stories about those airline people........

Hi Mike, what kind of mileage are you getting with the 460 big block? I get 11 mpg with the small block 351W, I've heard that the 460 gets about that. If it's true, I'll have to do an engine swap!!

Well, with the stock dual out, I was getting anywhere from 8-9 mpg. With the Big Block 70 Series Flowmaster system I am getting anywhere from 10-11. 460's have awesome power, you can feel it with each acceleration (not to mention a noise difference with the flowmaster ). 245 HP at your service!

Thanks people always say is that all it has for horsepower, my 6 cylinder has 300. But what they don't understand is it's all about the torque!!!!
