got the intake completely off.. valve covers off.... wiring harness all to the side... ready to pop the exhaust manifolds off and the accessories..

decided to take an extended break so i could paint the valve covers and pony myself up to get ready for the long haul of pulling exhaust manifolds and accessories... the valve covers are done getting painted and are drying.. the alternator and smog pump bracket are off.. bout ready to pull passenger side exhaust manifold, then the head comes off......

Only got a slight bit further. Broke 2 exhaust manifold bolts. So its gonna stay parked for the short time. Gonna get a bolt set so I can have new bolts. Also gonna delete the smog chit.

yeah.. i need bolts..... so i gotta order them. and since theyll take a couple days to get here im gonna take that down time and delete all the smog chit...

You can buy the bolts anywhere. Tractor Supply, Lowes, etc. Grade 5 is fine or spend a little extra on grade 8.

im gonna get a whole new set that way i dont have to worry bout them breaking when going back in...

and plus im not going through all that dam time to measure out the bolts and figure out the threads and etc to get the bolts... i also need intake manifold bolts so its not as easy.

threads should be 3/8x16 for the manifolds
