yup that little cute one lol... ive been searching for the little steel sleeves that should have been with the others but cant find em where ever they went..

4 actually.. 5 would be to replace the one thats still there......

got the turbo back in.. had to free the compressor wheel... apparently the oil started turning to gum inside from sitting... hope the vanes will free up when the actuator actuates with the pressure... will let it run awhile to warm up the oil once i get it back together.. hoping thatll do it..

Not sure I'm going to be able to help. every "sleeve" I have would be too loose for you, as mine measure out to be standard . I closed the shop in 2001, and hadn't upgraded to metric supplies.
I can send you something that will be loose on the bolt, but I don't know how you will put the rubber sleeve on it into the bracket.

Is this bracket coming from Ford with the sleves and grommets already installed?
If so, sadly, you may end up having to buy the bracket

Let me know if you want what I have

At least it broke now while you know about it, sucks though.

Did you put the blue spring in the fuel regulator?

when it was still the stock one yes.. had 3 of them thats part of why im converting to regulated return...

that sensors going to be more money i didnt want to spend :( aint cheap either..

if your rebuilding it i think i had posted another thread on that...

and found out that sensor runs $60-$130 depending who you get it from..

:) no problem man :D.. i think after i got all the seals, unison ring and new bearings.. it was about $700 ish (including the cost of the new solenoid)...

i already got the new one in.. it was $60 at advance.. didnt care it was an off brand.. alliant was $130 min.
