Check the radiator cap, I had the same problem, turns out the seal was split and only did it on the highway. Also may want to check to see if one of the radiator hoses are collapsing on themselves. Hope it helps.

What a difference...my truck one year agoAnd this is my truck one year later.amazing what you can do in a year.

Engine clean up, put new v/c gaskets on and HAD to paint the valve covers.

Dad was right though, Trucks are fun to play with. I am enjoying every minute of it.

I just started cleaning up the engine bay, I tuned it up , new plugs, wires, since it hasnt been tuned since 93, also started redoing the umpteen vacuum lines and getting the all the plumbing redone, I'll have some pics of that project soon.

I spent about 3 hours last night putting in the new carpet. Pulled everything out, vacuumed out all the dirt wiped it all down and installed the Jade green carpet I ordered when I was in Carlisle for the All Ford event. 134.00 and shipped for free.
