what gets me though is before i took out the gauges i never had a problem.... And now i have a new alt. and volt reg. but still not charging. I can put a jumper wire from the top wire on the volt reg.(green wire) to the pos. side of the battery and then it kicks the alt. on. but i have to do...
I have a 79 bronco and im having a issue with the charging system. I was told that part of the charging system runs through the gauges, it that true? Because if so i dont have my gauges in and thats my issue
im not sure bout the shocks, i got the bronco about a month ago, the guy told me it had a 3in body and 6in suspension. it only has a 4 with no body, the guy was kinda ignorant.
I have a 79 Bronco with a 4in lift on it right now. Im thinking about buying a 6in from a buddy, do i need new shocks or could i use the ones from the 4in?
Ok thanks. The truck is origanaly 4x4 so i think im gonna just drop the spring towers. And what you mean dropping the buckets. What are you referring to as "buckets"
I got a 75 f150 coil front im lifting. found a 9in lift for cheap im gonna put on it but i wanna get a lil more outa it. would it be fine if i dropped the coil spring towers like 2 or 3 inches as long as i have enough reinforcements?
got the rear end and all in it, interior aint the greatest, not much rust. mainly getin it to pull parts off for my 78. after i swap parts i plan on building a mud truck, so i aint rly worried bout interior and for the most part, the body is straight except for a big dent in the driver door...
