My "first" car was a '83 toyota celica that tossed a timing chain a few days before my sister gave it to me. (never ran)
The next car I got was a $500 '79 Datsun B-210. That car was awesome! Cheap to keep running, great gas mileage, AND BEST OF ALL none of my friends wanted rides. So, when we...
it's cool, but for SEMA it needs a few things.
1) the hood should open to the front...
2) the porch lights should be the turn signals, get rid of the trailer lights...
3) the "bumper" should be a 4x4, ya know, for safety...but all jokes aside, I really like the look. maybe if it was done with...
I dont really need extra money, I just need to spend my money better. Ive stopped buying energy drinks and only buy sodas at the grocery store and in off-brand form. The biggest thing now is to quit smoking, I'm down to two or three a day. I knew money would be tight with a kid, so none of this...
I know where to get fuel line, and after *that place* refused to honor my warrenty because of a minor computer error I dont shop there. I just dont have any money to get fuel line........I hate being broke, it makes me cranky.
I got a free lawn mower, but it needs a fuel line. Untill then Im borrowing my dad's mower...... I hope to get the lawn done today. Other than that, nothin
In time. Ive got to get the camaro together first, then I'll start looking for a vehicle for me. I loved my ford, but Im not sure the next one will be a truck. I just never used it as a truck. On the other hand, me and my girl have been talking about going camping and a truck would fit the bill...
That sucks. The only thing Ive got to work on is a clapped out 79 camaro. Its sitting at the house now and I've only looked under the hood once or twice. But I did get the trunk cleaned out:)
Im thinking a 73-79 long bed with 2wd. Im not sure of the engine, but its gotta be a 5 speed. I want to put some wooden casks in the back. One would hold gas and the other would hold the water/meth mix (custon tanks inside the barrels). I like the 73-79 look, but any year would do. I'd like to...
Man, this place is SUPER DEAD!
I just got a great idea for a truck I want to build. I'm gonna call it "Rum Runner"
Any one else deam of building trucks?
I just got to this one and all I have to say is.......Ya'll SUCK!
Memphis Motorsports Park closed. Now where am I gonna go to see the Super Che....eeeer, car shows. Yeah, thats what I was gonna say. Oh well, I can still go to Riverside. Look it up, I think its the 3rd oldest dirt oval in the...
Well, the storm this weekend killed my plans. I sat around all day and watched the news. Next weekend is gonna be PACKED with stuff to do. Maybe Ill be able to get a jump start on some of it during the week, but with no car, it wont be much. wish me luck
You could look for a newer 300 with the fuel injection. Also, some aftermaket upgrades will increase your mileage. Improving the efficiency of your engine with things like a better intake and exaust will make the power and gas mileage go up.
Just so you know........I hate you!:guns:
I want that much space for stuff. I can see it now, a nice work shop in one of the bays with the camaro and a future project filling the others. Yep, it would be awesome..........Now get to work and clean out your crap so I can get to work. NOW!:)
we have about a dozen glass aquariums (sp?) for my girl's snakes that had to be moved with care. Then two big TVs, and an entertainment center that's bigger than our two couches...and on...and on...and on. But thats all moved now and so is most of the boxes. Im gonna give the apt. a good scrub...
I wanted a 50's style grille with at least 100 "bullets". I never found any bullets I like, but on a movie i watched a guy use a bunch of door knobs (matching, of course) for his truck.
Here's my 2 cents. I think the high compression is killing your starter. Buy a gear reduction starter and I bet your problem will go away. I would also recomend some heat wrap. Im not saying your headers are heating your starter up, I just think that of your gonna spend a little more for a good...
