Alright. . Ive been lookin in LMC for a rear bumper for my 78. Im lookin to do away with the step bumper and git a flat chrome one( like in the link below) and a receiver hitch.Where is the best place to get one? Cheap and good quality. Heck.. Does anyone on here have one...

Naw. . its for the gauges(not idiot lights) and the red one works fine with all my stock 1978 gauges. I just got my hands on another cluster but its got the idiot lights and red panel.

I went and got a set of chrome stocks frm the local Pick and Pull for 25bux/peice. I found them on like 3 diff 90's F-150s and a Bronc. They look good though

i havent seen a stock Ford radio but i bought my AM/FM that i had for 10bux. Your best bet is a junk/antique store. I managed to come across a whole box and jus picked what i wanted and a handfull of knobs.

Well. A lil bit of force and persuasion and mine went in. The braket was hell to fab up. I stole a stock bracket out of a junk truck and cut it up. Then added some sheet metal to it that was cut out for the radio. A old school radio does look neat.. but putting the cd player in isnt bad.

I think my lights are fine for what they are. They the stocks in a 1978 truck. They arent suppose to be as bright as a modern vehicle.I was kinda liking the looks of those euros though.thats why i wanted some pics before i wasted any money though. .And a little bit brighter wouldnt do any harm

i cant see anything with the stock halogens.. i think those brghter lights would do somegood. Anybody had any on thier F-100?

thats what i did to that boat anchor in mine. i put a slight cam in it and its sucking thru a 4bb. and it had to be bored .60 out to fix the walls. with them new pipes she sounds great but its still slow. thats prob mostly the rear end tho... POS 2.73

i killed my 351M... Left me on the side of the road with a 2pc. camshaft. but when it does run, it leaks as bad as our ModelT. But you can go for it...

Well i dont know how well itll work.. but i think im goin to try to make a bar grille for my 78 with some 1/4in flat bar. But its goin to be black. Worse comes to worse ill just keep the stock if my homemade dont look good

Same advise here... If its broke on your truck before check it and bring a spare.. And just the normal tools. You should be straight.. Idk if your truck would make it..doubt mine would.lol
