    F-250 4x4 on 44's steering pump issues

A Saginaw pump will work better but it won't be the answer. With those tires hydro assist is the way to go. Check the frame over real good around the steering box there may be cracks, hydro assist will relieve most of the stress in that area.

    Battery draw...

You need to put a multi meter on it to know for sure if it has a draw on it, just because it won't light a test light means nothing.

    newbie needs help

By all means, now is the time to get that fuel tank out from behind you in the cab. That has to be the most dangerous tank set up in the history of vehicles. The Chevy's may blow up but at least they were outside. Find a junk yard tank that will fit inbetween the frame rails.

    neautral safty switch harness

The plugin you are looking for is right behind the passengers side valve cover on the firewall comming out of the harness. You can just jump it across right there.

    Noobie cam and intake swap...

You have to take the heads completely apart to do any port work. I would also get new valve spring retainers & keepers. Isky Rev Lube is the best cam paste made.

    F250 460 engine swap

The small 351m-400 radiator would not cool my 460. I had to buy a Super Cooler for it.

    compression change

You will be better off with your stock heads. With those dished pistons that are likely a lot more than .030 in the hole, you will just be chacing your tail around with detonation.

    A good starter?

I'm thinking the next time mine goes bad I might try one of the later model gear reduction 460 starters. I have outboard headers so heat and fitment won't be a problem. Has anyone tried one ? If so how do you like it ?

    Ebay purchase arrived today

Dennis, can you post a better picture of the organizer behind the seat ? I've never seen one of those. My truck had air horns way back but they were under the hood, If/when I run into the original owner I will ask him if they are original or if he put them in but as I remember they looked just...
