What was your first car/truck? Pics would be cool too! :D

Mine was a 97 Grand Cherokee V8. Fully loaded, but fully problematic! I still kinda miss it, though.

^^Stepmom had one of them. Never had any problems, per se, but I never much liked it, either.

The P.O. drive the life out of it, and I managed to get another out of it! :D

My first car is a 1965 Mustang. I still have it but it hasn't been started in a few years.

A buddy of mine has one just sitting in his garage. I ask him all of the time, "Hey, when are you going to clean off that expensive storage unit of yours?"

Do you realize how good of shape that truck was in? Oh and it had two fuel tanks on a shortbed! Wasn't there a "debate" about whether Ford offered that option in a gen 9?
Yeah it was in real good shape but it had 230k miles on it and my parents were afraid it would leave me (a 16 year old with no mechanic prowess) stranded.

And we've had the fuel tank discussion a million times goose 'smiliedoh' Shortbed, regular cab, 4X4 trucks could not have a midship tank because the transfer case did was in the way.

EDIT:

hell the 88 is a long bed and is single tank...
Really?! Maybe the rules were different for gen 8s... But that's strange... Trista's dad has a gen 9 regular cab long bed 2wd and it has dual tanks.

Very strange Brad... I'm really not sure. Maybe gen 8's and 9's had different rules.

I sure WISH Bertha had dual tanks. I can only get 200 miles on a fillup.
