Wiring Diagrams

Need all wiring diagrams for a 1988 Ford Lariat XL/5L. This unit is loaded, air, cruse, power locks & windows etc. If there is a wiring in this unit........I need the diagram so as to correct a bunch of "creative wiring", if you no what I mean.

Would prefer free diagrams if you can supply them.

Thanks for looking, it's appreciated.

Have crawled all over this truck, inside and out checking the wiring harnesses looking for alterations or " creative wiring ". Except for some trailer plug wiring and something that happened near the alternator, the wiring looks intact.

This vehicle was converted to run on propane at 50,000 Km.( approx 30.00 Mi.).

Odometer reads 493,000 Miles. Engine has evidence of being replaced or repaired.

Engine will not start. Phoned a propane conversion shop and asked them if there was anything that is done to disable the factory fuel system when propane is installed. He didn't think so, except cutting some wires!

I have installed a front tank, fuel selector, high pressure pump and fuel regulator, distributor and plug wires on this vehicle. All from my 1988 Ford F250 5.0, which was running well, but the body has cancer..........bad.

At this point I don't believe the injectors are cycling. There, is 12 volts on the " Red " wire at each injector. Node light indicates they are not cycling. Have spark, and pressure at the fuel rail test point, both pumps run.

Someone had disconnected the inertia switch and removed the check engine light. As the battery had run down at the time I got the truck so DTC's were lost. Run the code extraction procedure via the STI and got back codes 32, 54, and 82. The ACT code happened as I had unplugged the connector.

Your thoughts on the injector problem would be well appreciated.
