What is a dentside and why is it called that?

Dentside is a 73-79 Ford Pickup its called that cause theres a sideways U shaped where the upper trim goes. The gen 5s are called bump sides for the same reason but its a bump instead of a dent.

Dentside sounds like they are owned by bad drivers.

Trucks with body side "In Dent" is more applicable.

That clears that up. Thank you. I actually had to walk out to my truck and look. I don't have any trim in the indentation. Also, finding out some of the econoline parts will fit is very helpful.
