Very Short bed truck

I'm thinking about putting a reg cab truck cab on a 78 or 79 Bronco frame for an off roader. I want to save my other trucks. Anyone done this before and if so any pictures?

Yeah it's been done, seen pictures.

All I really know about is the Bronco is so short a super cab won't fit. LOL
(it'd need wheel wells cut into it)

I've seen it done...I see alot of them flat bed-ed. Otherwise, measure, make some cuts and weld the bed sections back together.
