We had this exhaust noise since we bought our 2001 E450 RV last year. It is only happening under some loads and some Rpm I believe.
I recorded this video (for sound only) from the back of the RV just above where the exhaust is.

From the drier seat it sounds like a rattle.
We had the same sound with the previous engine and the rebuild engine we replaced it with last year, so I assume it is not engine related but exhaust related. Any idea?
