truck misses at 1 spot in throttle

I have a 94 F-150 with a 96 351 windsor in it. When you hit 1 spot in the throttle it starts missing if you push more or let up it goes away. I have replaced almost all of the sensors i can think of (tps included) and did a complete tune up. I have even replaced the temp sending unit because i had heard that it can cause all kinds of issues. Please help i am at my wits end with this problem. Also when the truck is in gear and you hit the gas and let off real fast it dies i didnt think fuel injection was supposed to do that.

idle air control valve. its on the throttle body on the drivers side. 2 bolts and a harness clip and its off. try cleaning it out with some carb cleaner and put it back on. if it helps some but not enough go buy a new one.

Hey guys i tried cleaning the idle air control valve and nothing changed. I did notice that when its off and you push the plunger down it does not come back up like it sticking. Should it rebound on its own or not. Any more ideas
